Our Fees
Generally our fees are determined as follows:
- A fixed percentage (+SST) of the rental to manage your property when tenanted.
- A fixed fee when the property is vacant to manage your property.
- 1 to 1.25 months (+SST) to rent your property includes advertisement & professional photographs.
- Rental renewal – 0.5 months (+SST) of the agreed rental. This is to negotiate the rent, should there be any changes, negotiate the new term and complete tenancy agreement.
- Fit-out – generally from RM2.00 – RM3.00 per square feet (+SST). (Covers simple lightings, curtains, white goods, basic furniture) Interior designer could be appointed if needed. Assessment of the property is required to provide a final charges.
- RM300 per job to attend to any utility service providers & government agencies to process the change of ownership or connection of new services.
